Weight training is a MUST when it comes to healthy weight loss and body transformation.  If you are serious about changing your body permanently, you simply cannot ignore this fact!

However, lifting weights can be daunting, intimidating and dangerous if you are not 100% sure of what to do.  If you have been avoiding weights because you lack the know-how and confidence, then this introduction to weight training is for you.

Weight Training for Beginners is a 75-minute session designed for the absolute beginner. Participating in one or more sessions will set you on a safe and effective path toward your weight loss and body shaping goals.

What to Expect in Your Session

You will experience weight training first-hand in a safe and supportive environment as you complete a full body workout, tailored to your fitness level.  And believe it or not, you will begin to reap the benefits immediately, even after your very first workout!

When you choose a 75-minute Beginner’s Weight Training Session, Loretta will personally

-          introduce you to the gym environment

-          discuss common gym etiquette

-          familiarise you with the resistance training equipment

-          teach you how to use the equipment

-          take you through a full body workout

-          advise you how proceed after your session

-          tell you why resistance training is important for health

You will walk away from your session convinced that weight training is absolutely fundamental to your successful and permanent body transformation.

Receive Personal Attention or Exercise With a Friend

Like anything that is unfamiliar, having a friend by your side can make your experience more enjoyable, so sessions may be purchased for 1 person or 2 people.

Session Times

Sessions are offered at times when the gym is the quietest so you will be most comfortable.

Monday to Friday 9am – 12pm

Saturday 12pm – 2pm

Sunday 10am – 1pm
